The materials required:
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 ounces of crushed almonds
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to temperature of 163 degrees Celsius.
2. Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixer bowl and mix well.
3. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, almond extract, extract, citrus, and vanilla extract together. Once well blended, add to the flour mixture slowly. Stir at medium speed.
